The bar is the most visited place during any event, so it needs to SHINE! From every little detail that we put into the bar to every delicious cocktail served, we want it to be special. Vintage 1965 Horse Trailer Bar
A vintage 1965 horse trailer converted into a beautiful mobile bar. The neutral color palette, warm wood tones and vintage metal accents give a timeless feel, sure to complement and enhance any aesthetic. Pricing includes 40 miles of travel from Powhatan, bar equipment, 2 certified bartenders, insurance, bar delivery, set-up, decor options, and a customized drink menu display.
Starting at $900 for 3 hours
Additional hours: $250 per/hr

6 ft Estate Bar
Our estate bar is sure to elevate any celebration. It's light, bright, and inviting, with a touch of romance, and can easily handle higher guest counts. Pricing includes bar delivery and set-up within 40 miles of Powhatan, bar equipment, ice chests, 2 certified bartenders, insurance, decor options, and a customized drink menu display.

As an add-on: $150 per/hr
Satellite Bar
Our classic satellite bar option is great for indoor events, patios, poolside, or as an add-on to our trailer bar for large events. Pricing includes 40 miles of travel from Powhatan, bar equipment, ice chests, 2 certified bartenders, bar delivery, set-up, insurance, and customized menu display.
Starting at $200 per/hr
As an add-on: $100 per/hr
Bartender-only
Does your event already have a bar space? No problem! Our bartenders can bring their equipment, knowledge, insurance, and offer set-up and break down.
2 bartenders: $150 per/hr
Additional bartenders (1 per 60 guests): $70 per/hr
