A Message From The Founder

Hi, I'm Brittany.


When I started Mix & Mingle, I wasn't simply looking to serve drinks—I wanted to create experiences that make people feel celebrated, cared for, and fully present in the moments that matter most.


I understand that every event represents something meaningful. Whether it's a wedding you've spent months planning, a milestone celebration with loved ones, or an important gathering for your team, these occasions deserve more than a standard bar service. They deserve thoughtful hospitality and genuine attention to detail.


That's why every event we take on is approached with intention. From the first planning conversation to the final pour, I personally oversee the details that often go unnoticed but make all the difference—the custom menus, the fresh ingredients, the presentation, the flow of service, and the countless behind-the-scenes touches that help your event feel effortless. 


My goal is simple: I want you to enjoy your event knowing every beverage, every guest interaction, and every detail has been thoughtfully handled.

Brittany Marsh, CEO/Founder/Beverage Experience Architect

Brittany is the visionary behind Mix & Mingle. With a passion for logistics, design, and guest experience, she brings together thoughtful planning and creative execution to deliver bar experiences that feel elevated and effortless.


Her goal is simple: to make hiring a bar vendor one of the easiest — and most enjoyable — decisions you make while planning your event.

Chelsea is known for her warm presence and attention to detail. From crafting custom cocktails based on flavor profiles to ensuring every service detail meets our standards, she plays a key role in delivering consistently exceptional experiences.

Per VA ABC laws and regulations, we cannot buy or sell alcohol for an event. 

The alcohol must be bought by the client. Never fear! We will help put together a shopping list and can even pick up and transport the order to the event for you!

Literally everything else! We provide all the equipment and materials needed to make and serve drinks (cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, etc), our knowledge and expertise, insurance, mobile bar options, decor, an in-person or virtual consultation for personalized menu selection and alcohol ordering. PLUS, alcohol pick up and transport if needed. Oh and did I mention that we make all of our syrups in house with fresh ingredients? We do!

If your event is being held on your private property, a banquet license is not required. If the event is being held in a public event space or even a private property that is used as an event space, a banquet license is needed, and we must have it displayed on our bar. We can give guidance on how to obtain this license, but it is the responsibility of the client or event space to obtain it before the event.

To officially book your date you must pay our retainer and submit your signed contract. 

Our Vintage Horse Trailer Mobile Bar requires at least L: 13' W: 8' H: 8', plus room for our vehicle to get it where it needs to be. It also needs to be on flat ground and have access to electricity (15amp-20amp standard residential plug within 100ft of trailer location). Other electrical accommodations can be made with an additional fee (longer cord, rv plug, generator). Water hook up is not required, but very helpful.

Yes. Any of our experiences can be mocktail only. Additionally, we offer elevated mocktail and hydration station enhancements.

Absolutely. Our experiences are designed to flex based on guest count, event style, duration, and enhancements.
